The contrasts are fascinating now, and how I’m responding equally so.

Kintsugi could show the way of mending, perhaps – of filling the spaces between, of sealing the missing spaces, or holding close what I left behind so long ago.

The threads of my past are remembering. Maybe these wands are enchanting me once again to this season.

From the past bring it forward, and out of the darkness bring back the brightness, and shine as it always has.

Somehow she knew she was to do something with the paper, that she was meant to find it. Or maybe it found her. Because it seemed the vessels were trying to show her something, another way.

We never know how one person, then another, then another sets us in motion to overcome our fears and limiting beliefs about ourselves.

There’s always so much more to the story than what’s there.

Sometimes our art has a way of revealing our shadows and their truth.

My dark shadows came though, seeking light, and illuminated what I needed to see and understand more deeply.

Maybe it was the leaf that was the pilgrim – showing up from long ago to now, and the now leaf mirroring back to the one from long ago.

When the jostling around settles and stills, each character finds its place in the word/sound to say what they can only say together, in combination.

How materials from the earth, from near and very far, brought my family together one sunny afternoon.

It was disappointment that was most telling. It reminded me to be true to myself as I am now, not what I thought I was, or how I once was.

Seed pods and pandemic pods - one is as old as forever, inherent to nature. The other is a new convention, challenging to human nature.
